- The school will receive your registration details for the course and confirm them by email.
Payment for the Italian course
The student must pay a deposit of 80€ to secure registration for the course.
After payment, the student will receive confirmation from Parola school via e-mail.

All courses and accommodation fees must be paid in full by the first day of classes.
Important: it is not possible to send money for personal use to Parola school’s bank account.

Cancellations and Changes
All cancellations or changes to courses must be made by email or by calling +39 055 242182.
Please note: for cancellations made less than 30 days before the first day of the course, the deposit will be retained or may be credited towards a subsequent course.
- No refund will be issued if the student decides to discontinue a course that has already started;
- No refund will be issued for an approved RESIDENCE PERMIT.
Insurance and Permit
Citizens of the European Union do not need visas. Students from outside the European Union who need a visa to study in Italy must contact the nearest Italian embassy or consulate in their country to obtain information about the required documents and the procedures to follow to obtain the permit.
The school will send you a registration certificate for your visa application. Residents of the European Union can obtain form E111 in their country of origin in order to access the Italian national health service.
Parola School Closing Days
Parola Italian language school in Florence is closed on Italian national public holidays and on the feast of Saint John the Baptist (June 24), the patron saint of Florence.
No refunds or make-up lessons are provided for Italian national public holidays or for June 24, the feast day dedicated to the patron saint of Florence.
